How joining works.

  1. Apply and pay

Tell us about the legal business, choose a plan, and make the initial payment. Payment does not guarantee approval.

  2. Receive your invitation

Eligible enrollment is confirmed after signup and payment checks. We email your private invitation to prepare your profile.

  3. Set up your account

Open your invitation and finish your prefilled profile and mobile units. Submit the profile for separate PMVA review.

  4. Complete verification

Follow your assigned requirements and submit documents for PMVA review. Verification and profile publication are separate from membership approval.

Before you apply.

Which businesses can apply?

Philadelphia-area mobile businesses, including food trucks, trailers, carts, beverage operators, mobile retail, and service vendors. Regional businesses may apply even if they do not currently operate in Philadelphia. Membership belongs to the legal business; its individual units sit under that membership.

Do I need every compliance document before joining?

You may begin onboarding before full compliance. The working completion window is approximately 90 days, with administrative exceptions. Follow the requirements assigned to your business and units; PMVA verification does not replace government licenses or permits.

What if a payment is overdue?

The grace period is three days (72 hours) from the due time. After that, benefits and directory visibility are suspended until overdue payments clear; billing and support remain accessible. Compliance restrictions are handled separately.

How do I get started?

Start an application, choose a payment plan, and submit your business information. Your private profile invitation follows successful signup and payment checks.
