Membership terms
Version: pmva-terms-2026-09-13-early-access-v2
Effective date: September 13, 2026
1. Your PMVA membership
These terms describe membership in Philadelphia Mobile Vendor Association, LLC (PMVA). The person accepting must be authorized to act for the business. Keep your business, contact, profile and compliance information accurate and current, and protect access to your member account.
Notice address: 59 W Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Membership and privacy contact: info@nationalmva.com.
Initial payment comes before application approval. Payment alone does not approve an application, clear compliance, or authorize a public profile. Founding enrollment and initial payment collection are open during the soft launch.
2. Twelve-month term and dues
Memberships purchased before November 1, 2026 begin November 1, 2026 and run through October 31, 2027. Payment is collected at enrollment; the payment date does not start the membership term. Before launch, members can prepare their profiles, units and compliance records. Benefits and eligible perk redemption are available after payment and enrollment approval. Early access through October 31, 2026 is included at no extra charge and does not shorten the twelve-month term or add installments. Membership standing, offer dates, plan eligibility and separate verification requirements still apply.
For founding pre-enrollment, Annual collects $1,200 now and renews November 1, 2027. Monthly collects $120 now and next bills December 1, 2026. Seasonal collects $145 now for November; subsequent first-term installments are December 2026 and April through October 2027, with no scheduled payments January through March. All plans renew November 1, 2027 unless renewal is stopped.
The cancellation and refund provisions below also apply before launch. Founding prices are the amounts charged; displayed future standard rates are reference targets, not renewal increases.
Membership runs in twelve-month terms. Standard membership is $120 per month for twelve payments ($1,440 per term). Annual membership is $1,200 paid annually. Seasonal membership is $145 per payment for nine payments ($1,305 per term), with scheduled recurring payments from April through December.
The initial payment counts toward the first term. For Seasonal enrollment in January through March, that initial payment prepays April; the remaining eight installments are May through December. For other Seasonal signup months, nine payments fall within the rolling twelve-month term. Seasonal membership access continues in January through March subject to membership standing.
Review your selected plan and payment schedule before authorizing payment. The portal billing page shows your installments and renewal status. Membership acceptance does not replace the separate recurring-payment authorization.
3. Renewal and stopping renewal
Membership renews automatically for another twelve-month term unless you stop renewal before the current term ends. You can select “Stop renewal after this term” on the member billing page; PMVA staff can also record a renewal stop. Existing plan prices continue on renewal.
Stopping renewal leaves remaining current-term installments due and retains current-term access subject to membership standing. Access ends at the recorded term end. Stopping renewal does not itself create a refund or erase unpaid current-term dues.
You can review the renewal date and stop renewal through the billing page or contact PMVA. Do not rely on a reminder to meet the cancellation deadline; any reminder is additional to the schedule you authorized.
4. Payment standing and access
Overdue dues have a three-day (72-hour) grace period measured from the payment due time. After that period, benefits and directory visibility are restricted. Billing, renewal cancellation and support remain accessible.
Updating a card does not pay an overdue balance or restart the grace period. Paying overdue dues resolves billing eligibility only; it never clears an administrative or compliance restriction. Compliance clearance never overrides a billing restriction.
5. Compliance and PMVA Verified status
Members may begin onboarding before completing all compliance requirements. PMVA assigns requirements to the business and, where applicable, individual mobile units. Use the private upload tools for requested documents and keep documents current as they expire.
The working completion window is approximately 90 days, with administrative exceptions. Follow the due date and any exception recorded in your compliance workspace. This window is separate from the three-day payment grace period.
PMVA may accept a document, request changes or reject it during review. Application approval, compliance clearance and profile-content approval are separate decisions. PMVA Verified status reflects PMVA’s review; it is not a government certification, permit or guarantee that every legal requirement has been met. Each business remains responsible for its operating requirements.
6. Profiles, benefits and opportunities
Benefits designated for verified members remain unavailable until the applicable verification requirements are satisfied. Public profile publication also requires profile-content approval and continued eligibility. Submitting a profile does not publish it automatically.
PMVA does not coordinate, organize, produce or represent itself as affiliated with a third-party event merely because it shares that event or opportunity. Availability, eligibility, selection and third-party requirements vary. Membership does not guarantee an event booking, selection, revenue or a third-party benefit.
7. Information and acceptance
The accompanying privacy policy explains the information used to administer interest inquiries, applications, membership, compliance, profiles and opportunities. Marketing preferences and payment authorization remain separate from membership acceptance.
Membership acceptance uses a required checkbox and your member account. No typed name, signature or signing software is required. Publishing these terms does not record acceptance or replace a previously accepted version. Your acceptance page identifies the version presented to you.
8. Refunds, restrictions and review requests
If PMVA declines your application, the initial application payment is refunded in full. After approval, stopping renewal does not cancel current-term installments. Contact info@nationalmva.com about a billing error, refund or early-termination request. A request does not itself change the payment schedule; PMVA will communicate its decision. Any rights or refunds required by law remain available.
PMVA may restrict access for overdue payment, unmet compliance requirements, inaccurate information, unauthorized account use or misuse of the service. You may request the reason, provide corrections and ask for review through member support or info@nationalmva.com. Sending a request does not automatically clear a restriction.
9. Your content and use of resources
You retain ownership of content you submit and must have permission to use it. You permit PMVA to store, review, format and display your submitted public-profile content for association directory and featured-member functions, subject to approval and eligibility. This permission does not make private compliance documents public. Contact PMVA to correct or remove public content; retained private records are addressed in the privacy policy.
Use the portal lawfully and protect your access link and account. Do not impersonate another business, access another member’s private records, interfere with the service or use it to send unsolicited messages. Worksheets may be downloaded and completed for your business; they are organizational aids, not official forms or individualized legal, tax, financial or insurance advice.
10. Changes and questions
PMVA will publish updates with a new version and effective date. Material changes to membership commitments will be presented for separate acceptance where required; posting an update does not rewrite a prior acceptance or authorize different charges. Payment authorization remains separate.
For questions or a dispute, contact info@nationalmva.com or write to the notice address above. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive statutory rights, or prevent either party from using remedies available under applicable law.
