Meet the business

Manifesting is real. Fifteen years ago, long before Just Fork It existed, I was asked during a job interview where I saw myself in five years. I didn’t give the answer they wanted I gave the answer that lived in my heart: “I’m going to own a food truck.” Years later, my parents believed in that dream enough to buy me a trailer and say, “Your dream is sitting in the driveway.” Since then, Just Fork It has earned eight awards in various food competitions, and I was honored as one of South Jersey’s 30 Under 30 in Food and Beverage a huge accomplishment for a brand new business. What began as a vision became more than I ever imagined all because I spoke my dream aloud and had people who believed in me before the world knew my name.

Our customizable menus feature our five-time award-winning tacos, specialty sliders, authentic smoked meats, wraps, rice bowls, mac and cheese, fresh sides, hand-breaded chicken tenders and homemade lemonade. We provide full-service food trailer experiences, drop-off catering, corporate lunches, weddings, private parties, school events, festivals and large-scale events. With the ability to serve anywhere from 50 to 500+ guests, we customize our menu and service style to fit each occasion. From intimate celebrations to serving the world at FIFA Fan Fest, Just Fork It delivers quality food, dependable service and an unforgettable experience.
